1. Using AI Floor Plan
These terms apply to your use of AI Floor Plan at aifloorplan.org. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission where permitted, and meet applicable minimum-age requirements.
AI Floor Plan helps you generate floor plans from text, edit rooms and furniture, view layouts in 2D and 3D, save creations, export files, and generate photorealistic interior concepts. Features and available models may change.
2. Design concepts, not construction documents
Plans, measurements, furniture layouts, and renders are conceptual design aids. They are not architectural, engineering, surveying, permitting, or construction advice. AI results can contain errors and may not satisfy building codes, accessibility requirements, structural constraints, or site conditions.
Photorealistic renders can change proportions, walls, openings, materials, or furniture despite instructions to preserve them. Check results against your editable plan and real measurements. Have qualified professionals verify any design before construction, renovation, permitting, or purchasing materials.
3. Accounts and saved work
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, securing your sign-in methods, and activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Save edits to your account and keep exports of important work. Unsaved browser drafts may be lost. Removing a creation from history does not immediately erase all associated records; retention and deletion requests are described in our Privacy Policy.
Render downloads are temporary and available for up to six days from submission, subject to provider availability. Download results promptly; render-history entries are not permanent image storage.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Current prices, allowances, and validity periods appear on the pricing page and at checkout. One AI floor-plan generation currently uses 20 credits. Render costs depend on the selected settings and are shown before submission. Editing, 3D viewing, and exports do not consume generation credits.
Subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed annually and release credits monthly. Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly allowance window and do not roll over. One-time credit packs expire after the validity period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically. Credits are service allowances, not money or a cash balance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Use the billing portal to manage payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself refund past charges. For payment errors, refund requests, or cancellation difficulties, contact [email protected]. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
Credits reserved for a generation or render that the service records as failed are returned. A completed result may still need editing and does not guarantee satisfaction or accuracy. Contact us if a failed request remains charged. Free-credit allowances are subject to eligibility and abuse checks.
5. Your content and exports
You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, plans, and images you provide. You must have permission to submit them. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content to service providers as needed to operate the features you request, maintain your account, and provide support.
You may edit, download, and use your results, including for your projects and presentations, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant provider terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; we do not guarantee exclusive ownership or freedom from third-party claims.
Free image exports include the site watermark. Eligible paid subscriptions and credit packs enable watermark-free exports during their paid credit validity period, even when their credits have been used. Editable JSON exports are watermark-free. Export access can change when a paid entitlement expires or is revoked following a refund or payment reversal.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.
- Do not submit content you are not authorized to process, or use results to mislead others about a building’s condition, safety, approvals, or actual appearance.
- Do not bypass account permissions, credit charges, watermarks, or usage limits; exploit free-credit allowances; access another person’s creations; or interfere with the service or its providers.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, generation failures, and changes to models can affect results or access. We may restrict or suspend access to investigate abuse, protect security, comply with law, or address violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free output, or fitness for a particular project. You are responsible for reviewing results and decisions made using them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
